I have my Ph.D. in psychology, and have been practicing for over twenty years and love to help people transform their lives. I have extensive experience treating individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, grief, parenting issues, addiction, people-pleasing, and major life transitions. I specialize in helping couples improve their communication, connection, and intimacy, primarily using Dr. John Gottman's model. In addition, I provide affirmative therapy to LGBTQ+ individuals. I help people cut through their mind's chatter (often filled with self-criticism) to find their authentic inner voice. I am also a certified Brainspotting practitioner. Brainspotting, a cutting edge offshoot of EMDR, is a powerful way to process trauma, get unstuck, and improve performance in sports, the arts, and other endeavors. I am licensed in Idaho, and also in California, though that license is inactive. I can easily re-activate my California clients if I get enough clients there.

I charge $200-$300/hour, and have a sliding scale as needed.
