You felt like you were doing everything “correctly” in life, or following what was expected of you from society, your family, or what your friends are doing. But you continue to feel something is “missing”. You go through the motions, but feel stuck with where you are.

As a second generation Chinese-American female, I felt the pressure and stress to excel and succeed, and ignored my own inner voice in the past.

Together, we can collaborate on goals, whether that is discovering who you and what gives your life passion, or finding ways you can cope with what life comes at you — whether that is work or school stress, or the relationships in your life.

I use a Person-centered and non-directive approach and meet clients where they are at, but I also provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) for evidence-based interventions, as well as art therapy.
