About Better U
Better U is a Management Services Organization (MSO) that provides non-clinical administrative, operational, and technology support services to independently owned and operated licensed medical practices. Better U does not practice medicine, employ licensed clinical providers, or direct clinical decision-making in any form. All clinical care, medical judgment, and prescribing decisions are made solely and independently by the affiliated licensed healthcare professionals and medical practices Better U supports.
Through its MSO model, Better U helps affiliated practices deliver accessible, compassionate, and high-quality telehealth services in modern psychiatry, behavioral health, ketamine therapy, and hormone optimization — enabling patients to access care from the comfort of their homes.
Our team is driven by a mission to improve patient access to mental healthcare through operational excellence, warm communication, and deeply human support. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, organized, proactive, and passionate about the patient experience.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate with warmth and professionalism, and want to be part of a mission-driven healthcare services company, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
The Telehealth Operations Coordinator is a non-clinical, administrative support role within Better U's Management Services Organization. This position supports the operational and administrative workflows that enable affiliated independent medical practices and their providers to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care.
This is not a clinical role. The Telehealth Operations Coordinator does not provide medical advice, make clinical determinations, interpret clinical data, or engage in any activity constituting the practice of medicine or any other licensed healthcare profession. All work performed in this role is strictly administrative and operational in nature, carried out under established non-clinical processes and in support of — but never in direction of — the independently licensed providers and practices Better U serves.
This role is heavily operations-focused and requires strong communication, organization, and follow-through. You will coordinate administrative workflows related to patient documentation, scheduling, pharmacy logistics, and internal task management to ensure smooth operational support for affiliated providers and practices.

Manage pharmacy coordination related to prescription processing status, refill logistics, administrative delays, and non-clinical clarifications
Communicate pharmacy administrative questions to affiliated providers and relay provider responses back — without interpreting, modifying, or acting on clinical content
Monitor provider communication channels (e.g., Slack) and assist with non-clinical operational follow-through related to provider administrative requests
Create and manage internal tasks to support provider operational workflows
Ensure patient accounts meet non-clinical operational and administrative requirements prior to processing
Maintain accurate and organized documentation within internal systems in compliance with applicable privacy requirements
