Hania is deeply passionate about expanding access to transformational care through innovative, evidence-based approaches. As the Lead of Therapeutic Partner Programs at Better U, she collaborates with licensed therapists across the country to help integrate Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and holistic psychiatry into their practices. With a background in grief and trauma therapy, Hania brings experience from working in inpatient settings with diverse populations, including leading group therapy sessions and destigmatizing mental health within high-performance athletic communities. Currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University, Hania’s clinical focus incorporates a strong foundation in neuropsychology—specifically the intricate roles that neurotransmitters play in shaping behavior, cognition, and emotion. She approaches the therapeutic process with an understanding of psychopharmacology, recognizing the synergistic impact of medication and therapeutic interventions in addressing mental health challenges and optimizing treatment outcomes. Hania is especially passionate about educating therapists on the therapeutic potential of KAP and creating programs that prioritize both clinical outcomes and the patient experience. Her approach is grounded in creating a safe, inclusive space where individuals feel empowered to explore their emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner strength.
