His work ensures that every digital touchpoint, from acquisition to onboarding to ongoing treatment, operates with clarity, speed, and patient-centered design. Rama also oversees the development of Better U’s internal technology stack. By bridging product strategy with hands-on implementation, he helps the organization execute complex initiatives with precision, ensuring that each improvement strengthens the quality, accessibility, and continuity of care that patients receive. Before Better U, Rama led an early-stage marketing team at Xsolla, overseeing multi-channel campaigns and managing over millions in monthly marketing budgets for global gaming and SaaS launches. He has also worked as a founder in the AI space, gaining firsthand experience raising $2M+ in venture capital, shipping early products, and scaling techops from zero to traction. Across all of his work, Rama is driven by a belief that thoughtful design, strong systems, and clear communication can meaningfully improve the way patients access and engage with mental health services.
