Arnold is a healthcare operations leader with 11+ years of experience spanning frontline patient access, clinic management, multi-site operations, project management, and regional healthcare performance. His career has progressed from serving patients directly to building high-performing teams, scaling operations, and translating data into action across fast-growing healthcare startups and large health systems. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Arnold helped scale health and wellness operations across a nationwide network of 50 clinics. As a clinic leader, he transformed one of the organization’s lowest-performing locations into its #1 clinic for health and wellness sales, sustaining the top position nationally for 10 consecutive months. He later led multi-site operational initiatives and the relaunch of three healthcare clinics in under 60 days, coordinating cross-functional teams, systems transitions, staffing, and operational readiness while interviewing, hiring, and managing teams across two locations. Most recently, Arnold served as a Regional Project Manager at Kaiser Permanente, driving care and consumer experience initiatives across hospitals and medical office buildings throughout the Southern California and Hawaii markets. His work included executive-level performance reporting, analytics, and process automation, providing regional insights that informed strategic action planning and performance improvement efforts. He also contributed to a large-scale workforce training initiative across the region. His contributions earned him a Director’s Award.
