I work with adults going through midlife transitions; the time of life referred to as "middlescence" (equivalent to adolescence). As in their teens, mid-lifers (30 and up) go through profound physical, hormonal, emotional and existential transitions. I help clients understand the anatomy of these transitions and navigate them in such a way that they are transformed by them rather than defeated.
I can help guide you toward change. You may feel stuck in familiar patterns, and the life you want seems to elude you. Making changes takes letting go and looking beyond your personal, conditioned, noisy mind. Understanding the equipment we have as humans and how our experience of life comes alive helps change your relationship with your thinking, get out of your head, and live more in the present moment, where life is really happening.
Your default setting is innate well-being. If you aren't feeling it, it's because it gets buried under a lot of thinking that tells you otherwise. When you listen to what is in your head, you operate under the influence of many untruths. You're on autopilot, and your mind is running the show. With awareness and insight, you can shift this locus of power.I walk alongside you on this journey of discovering your true self. I gently point you towards things that are helpful and expanding, and point out things that are not helpful and contracting. I'm a guide who points you to your innate wisdom, your built-in navigation system that leads you to the best expression of you. My greatest hope is that, through understanding how the human experience works, you can embrace being human without mental constraints and with the freedom to live fully.
