T Veiga, RN, BSN (they/them), is the founder of The Queer Ketamine Nurse, a community-centered platform dedicated to improving access, safety, and cultural humility within ketamine-assisted therapy. With three years of experience as a Registered Nurse across psychiatric, ketamine-specific, and geriatric settings, T brings a deeply trauma-informed, Queer-affirming, and ethically grounded approach to psychedelic care.T has worked with two leading ketamine companies and has extensive hands-on experience supporting clients through preparation, dosing, and integration. Their work centers on supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent folks, and people navigating trauma, chronic illness, spiritual exploration, and identity-related stress. They are especially skilled at helping clients feel safe, seen, and empowered in medicalized psychedelic environments that have not always been inclusive. In addition to clinical work, T is a published author of The Ketamine Handbook, a national speaker on Queer-affirming ketamine care, and a psychedelic educator and facilitator/Sitter. They regularly provide training and consultation on ethical ketamine administration, sitter best practices, harm reduction, and inclusive care design. Their approach integrates evidence-based practice with compassion, embodiment, and meaning-making for all who come curiously and respectfully.
