I am a licensed psychotherapist (LPCC & LMFT), Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), and Deep Rest Healing (Yoga Nidra) facilitator with 14 years of clinical experience. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and maternal mental health challenges through a trauma-informed, nervous system-focused, and integrative approach.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and deeply committed to their healing. They may have spent years in therapy, read the books, and worked hard to understand themselves, yet still feel stuck in old patterns, symptoms, or ways of relating. Others are simply ready to go deeper on the healing journey and looking for a supportive space to do so.

My work draws from experiential and somatic therapies, IFS-informed parts work, Brainspotting, mindfulness, yoga, and creative approaches tailored to each individual's needs. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can access your innate capacity for healing, growth, and self-discovery.

Over the past six years, I have trained extensively in psychedelic-assisted therapy, including a focus on KAP. I place particular emphasis on thoughtful preparation and wholesome integration, helping bridge your meaningful experiences into lasting changes to your daily life on the ground. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and attuned to each person's inner wisdom and pace. I work with adults from diverse backgrounds and also speak Russian.
