Above all, my services are compassionate and inspired by mindfulness, classic psychoanalysis and is constantly evolving to benefit clients from the latest research in the field of psychology.I specialize in working with Anxiety and Panic Disorder as it relates to relationships, career and performance concerns. I also work with many couples, offering marital, pre-marital and separation counseling. My approach is eclectic and patient-centered, drawing from science/ evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, Trauma-informed. Through extensive training and Certification in Trauma, CBT, ACT, Gottman, and, Psychoanalysis, I provide an evidence-based approach to clients. Each session is custom tailored to you and your concerns will be treated with sensitivity and respect.
