As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I created Cristal Psykare with a clear mission: to bridge the gap in access to affordable, culturally responsive mental health care—especially for underserved and BIPOC communities.

Born from both personal experience and professional insight, this vision is deeply rooted in my journey as an immigrant with Indigenous heritage and a passion for healing. I know firsthand the challenges many face when trying to access compassionate and affordable care, and I am committed to providing a space where people are seen, heard, and supported without judgment.

I earned my degree from Northern Kentucky University, where I specialized in Mental Health Across the Lifespan. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations—from children and adolescents to older adults—across a variety of settings including psychiatric hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and outpatient clinics.

My clinical expertise includes the treatment of ADHD, Autism, PTSD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, mood disorders, and substance use disorders. I offer trauma-informed, evidence-based care in both English and Spanish, always with a focus on cultural humility, respect, and empowerment.

At Cristal Psykare, we believe in whole-person healing—clarity for the mind, and care for the soul—and that mental wellness is a right, not a privilege.

Price per hour: Initial Evaluation: $150.00, Therapy session (60-90min) $120.00
