Whether you're dealing with past hurts, struggling to communicate effectively, or looking to deepen your bond with a partner, I'm here to help you move forward.  I draw on powerful, proven approaches like EFIT (Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and IFS (Internal Family Systems). Think of these as different roadmaps that help us understand where you've been, where you are now, and where you want to go. My aim is to equip you with practical insights and strategies so you can feel more in control, more connected, and more confident in handling whatever comes your way. Sessions are $160, and I'm genuinely passionate about helping people build more fulfilling lives.
