Jessica is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA License #54051) with an office located in Marina del Rey, CA. She provides in-person and online psychotherapy to individual adults dealing with anxiety, chronic pain and mind-body symptoms, trauma, PTSD, and life transitions. She also provides Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and integration for clients undergoing ketamine therapy.
Jessica works to create a warm, nurturing and compassionate environment so that her clients feel safe, seen and heard throughout their healing journey. She uses a variety of therapeutic techniques to help her clients heal from their painful symptoms and feel empowered to achieve the balance, contentment and success they desire. These techniques include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment-Focused EMDR, mindfulness, somatic tracking, self-compassion techniques, as well as traditional talk therapy.
Jessica earned her M.A. in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate Institute (PGI) in Southern California. She has studied and trained in multiple therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic and attachment therapy, Attachment-Focused EMDR, and the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), which is a somatic modality. She received her initial training in Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) with Dr. Richard Schwartz, PhD. and the Ketamine Training Center (established by Dr. Phil Wolfson, M.D.) Additionally, Jessica has training and expertise in treating Psychophysiologic Disorders (PPD) or Mind-Body Syndrome (TMS), and has provided training for other health professionals on therapeutic methods for treating PPD. She previously served as a Board Member for the Psychophysiologic Disorders Association (PPDA) and taught as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Phillips Graduate Institute. She also provides supervision to pre-licensed MFT Associates (AMFTs).
