Jenny Anyaugo is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida with a passion for helping teens, parents, and women navigate life transitions, relationship dynamics, and anxiety. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, safe, and empowered to rewrite our stories. She brings warmth, energy, and creativity to the therapeutic space—often integrating hands-on strategies, expressive tools, and real-world problem-solving. Jenny specializes in working with adolescents, college students, and adults who feel overwhelmed by pressure, perfectionism, or self-doubt. She offers support around parenting stress, family conflict, co-parenting after separation, and identity formation in young adulthood. Her approach incorporates EMDR, CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed care to meet clients where they are and help them move forward with clarity and confidence. As part of her growing clinical practice, Jenny is excited to offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) as an option for clients who feel stuck in traditional talk therapy. She sees KAP as a powerful tool for breaking through emotional barriers, processing long-held pain, and reconnecting to meaning—especially for those navigating grief, chronic stress, or relational trauma. Jenny currently provides virtual therapy to clients throughout Florida and brings a deep sense of purpose to each session. She’s also a mom of two teenagers, a soon-to-be adoptive parent, and brings lived experience to her compassionate, down-to-earth approach.
