I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Louisiana, National Certified Counselor (NCC) Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN), and a Registered Dietitian (RD). I have completed advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), all empirically validated treatment approaches for trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addiction, grief, and life transitions.
I have received additional training in psychedelics and trauma, disordered eating and body image, as well as mindfulness and energy therapies including Reiki and IFS for Spirituality all of which I draw upon to inform my clinical practice. I am skilled at attuning to clients and adapting my approach to provide the best fit possible.
