I believe in the possibility of healing from trauma, and I also know that meaningful transformation often requires going beyond talk therapy into deeper emotional work. My customized approach includes techniques such as EMDR, EFT (tapping), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from Louisiana State University and certification in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.

I specialize in working with adults navigating complex trauma, sexual trauma, relationship challenges, midlife transitions, and questions around sexuality. My work is deeply meaningful to me, and I am committed to creating a supportive, compassionate environment where you can explore what has been holding you back and reconnect with yourself.

My own life experiences—including loss, grief, divorce, family substance use, and coming out in midlife—have shaped my values, my path, and the way I show up as a therapist. I have deep gratitude for the many gifted mentors and guides who have supported my growth over the past 30 years. They taught me that healing—though often messy and nonlinear—is possible. It’s truly an honor to support others on their healing journey.
