I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with six of experience providing mental health services to adults. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, and challenges affecting their overall well-being. I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and comfortable working through life's challenges.
My approach to therapy is individualized because I recognize that no two people have the same experiences or needs. I draw from several therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based practices. These approaches help clients better understand themselves, recognize patterns, develop coping skills, and build healthier ways of navigating life's challenges.
I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) as another approach to support healing and personal growth. KAP can provide an opportunity to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns from a different perspective. Through preparation, therapeutic support during the experience, and integration afterward, I help clients process their experiences and explore ways to apply new insights to their everyday lives.
My goal is to help individuals recognize their strengths, build resilience, and develop the tools they need to navigate life's challenges. I believe in building strong, resilient minds and creating opportunities for meaningful growth and lasting change.
