I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) with over 15 years of experience helping individuals, families, and professionals move from survival to renewal.

Before founding Sabino Counseling Services PLLC, I served as Clinical Director, Executive Director, and Family Services Director, where I facilitated intensive family programs and workshops to repair trust and strengthen connection. I have also consulted in designing trauma-informed care programs, training clinicians, and developing mindfulness-based curricula for treatment centers and professional organizations.

My clinical approach integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic work, and mindfulness within a trauma-informed framework. I am a passionate advocate for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)—a transformative modality that can open pathways of awe and wonder about life, accelerate emotional, cognitive, and spiritual processing, open post-traumatic healing, and help clients reimagine and enter a Wiser relationship with both Self, personal history, and the larger social connectedness. When combined with integrative psychotherapy, KAP has the potential to unlock resilience and catalyze breakthroughs that deepen meaning and healing.

In addition to addressing trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, I specialize in professional impairment and burnout renewal, providing tailored support for clinicians, executives, first responders, and healthcare workers facing the hidden costs of stress and responsibility.

As a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I am dedicated to serving diverse communities in South Texas and beyond. I also provide supervision and mentorship for emerging counselors, equipping them with tools for ethical, confident, and compassionate practice.
