Hi, I’m Christie, a licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience, working with individuals and couples to better understand attachment patterns, regulate the nervous system, and build more secure, grounded connections. My work is rooted in an attachment-focused, trauma-informed approach and supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, emotional reactivity, and relationship challenges.
I have specialized training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), including preparation and integration, and I value the depth of work that becomes possible when ketamine is used thoughtfully and with strong clinical support. I collaborate with clients in preparation and integration to help translate insights from these experiences into meaningful, lasting change.
My approach integrates somatic therapy, mindfulness, CBT, ACT, and EMDR, and is informed by years of study in yoga, meditation, and breathwork, supporting a holistic understanding of the mind-body connection.
At the core of my practice is a commitment to integrity, presence, and respect for each person’s experience. I aim to create a space that is steady, collaborative, and deeply human, where meaningful work can happen without pressure or judgment, and where there is room for relief, perspective, and even humor along the way.
