LMHC/LPC, MBA MA
Andrea Piazza is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 7 years of experience helping clients heal from trauma, navigate neurodivergence, and reconnect with a sense of purpose. She specializes in working with adults and teens who have ADHD or autism, as well as those recovering from complex trauma, burnout, and high-functioning anxiety. Her approach is warm, direct, and grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client. Andrea is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and DBT-informed care. She integrates these with a trauma-informed lens to support lasting change and nervous system regulation. Many of her clients have tried talk therapy before and are now seeking deeper or more experiential work to address what feels "stuck"—emotionally or physically. Andrea is excited to offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) as an option for clients who feel like they’ve hit a wall in traditional therapy. She sees KAP as a powerful tool for accessing insight, processing trauma, and shifting long-held emotional patterns—especially for those who are neurodivergent or who carry the weight of chronic stress and hyper-independence. In addition to her clinical work, Andrea leads a nonprofit mental health practice focused on ethical employment and access to care. She offers virtual sessions across multiple states and welcomes clients from all backgrounds and identities.
