You may already understand the origins of your trauma, the clinical terms, and why it feels trapped in your body, but what you likely need now is support that helps your system actually let it go and heal.

My practice focuses on Complex PTSD, particularly relational and attachment trauma, as well as PTSD, OCD, and perfectionism. For preparation, integration, and standard therapy sessions, I utilize IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR, and somatic therapies to access young and protective parts of you, process stored trauma, and disrupt patterns in a steady, manageable way.

With lightness, warmth, intuition, and motherly energy, I have been supporting clients working with psychedelic medicines for the past six years and continue to be in awe of the profound shifts I witness in mind, body, emotions, and relationships with the help of these medicines.

I provide ketamine-assisted therapy to adults and couples throughout California via telehealth, in office in West LA and Valencia, and in-home. I also work with clients who have had challenging psychedelic experiences and need support grounding and integrating, are exploring microdosing, or are preparing for medicine work.

Preparation, integration, and therapy sessions are $220 for 60-minute sessions and $300 for 90-minute individual or couples sessions. Ketamine sessions are approximately 3 hours at $450 per session. I also offer therapy intensives which provides months of therapy over the course of one to two days. I can provide Superbills for individual sessions and do offer sliding scale for most services I provide.
